At Beyond Beads and Bangles, we strive to make sure our customers are one hundred percent satisfied with their shopping experience. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me via email or through our chat. We have multiple suppliers and therefore each product line has a different return address as well as certain guidelines. There are however a few criteria that stands for every supplier.
1. Returns must be initiated within 14 days after delivery.
2. If your product is damaged upon delivery you will need to send a picture of the damage.
3. You will need to know your order number in order for me to contact my suppliers with a return request.
4. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
